Former New York Yankees traveling secretary David Szen asked to be spared prison time for failing to report tips he received from players and coaches. Szen, who was fired last December, said in court documents that his conduct pales compared to what high-profile players have done. He asked for probation when he is sentenced next week in federal court in New Haven.
